# Asana

AccessOwl integrates with Asana to provision and deprovision user access in your Asana organization.

## Capabilities

    AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

    AccessOwl removes members from the Asana organization during access revocations.

## Prerequisites

* **Admin** access to your Asana organization, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add Asana in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Admin">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In Asana:

    * Click your profile photo in the top-right corner and select **Admin Console**.
    * Open the **Members** tab.
    * Click **Invite members**.
    * Enter the integration account's email address.
    * Set the role to **Admin**.
    * Send the invite.

    <Note>
      The integration account needs Admin access to invite and remove members on behalf of AccessOwl. Inviting a member to your Asana organization counts as a billable seat on paid plans.
