# Confluence

AccessOwl integrates with Confluence to provision and deprovision user access, and to keep your list of Confluence users and their permissions in sync.

## Capabilities

## Limitations

  Only roles are synced. Groups are not synced.

## Setup

The Confluence integration is configured at the Atlassian organization level. Follow the steps in the [Atlassian overview](/integrations/all/atlassian/overview) to invite the integration account and assign the Organization admin role. Once that is done, Confluence is managed automatically.
