# Common Room

AccessOwl integrates with Common Room to provision and deprovision user access in your Common Room organization.

## Capabilities

    AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

    AccessOwl removes members from the Common Room organization during access revocations.

## Prerequisites

* **Admin** access to your Common Room organization, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add Common Room in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Admin">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In Common Room:

    * Open your Common Room **Settings** and select **Team Access**.
    * Click **+ Add teammate**.
    * Select the **Admin** role.
    * Enter the integration account's email address.
    * Send the invite.
