# Delighted

AccessOwl integrates with Delighted to provision and deprovision user access in your Delighted account.

## Capabilities

    AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

    AccessOwl removes members from the Delighted account during access revocations.

## Prerequisites

* **Admin** access to your Delighted account, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add Delighted in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Admin">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In Delighted:

    * Click **Account** in the top navigation.
    * Select **Users** from the Account page.
    * Enter the integration account's email address in the email address field.
    * Set the role to **Admin**.
    * Choose the CX projects the integration account should have access to from the **Select projects** menu.
    * Click **Send invite**.
