# Expensify

AccessOwl integrates with Expensify to provision and deprovision user access in your Expensify workspace.

## Capabilities

## Prerequisites

* **Workspace Admin** access to your Expensify workspace, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add Expensify in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Admin">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In Expensify:

    * Go to **Workspaces**, select your workspace, then open **Members**.
    * Click **Invite Member**.
    * Search for the integration account's email address.
    * Set the role to **Admin**.
    * Click **Invite**.

    <Note>
      The integration account needs the Admin role so it can invite and remove members on behalf of AccessOwl. Admins can manage members, roles, workflows, and workspace settings.
