# Gorgias

AccessOwl integrates with Gorgias to provision and deprovision user access in your Gorgias helpdesk.

## Capabilities

## Prerequisites

* **Admin** access to your Gorgias helpdesk, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add Gorgias in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Admin">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In Gorgias:

    * Click the **Settings** icon in the bottom-left corner.
    * Under **Account**, select **Users**.
    * Click **Create user** in the top-right corner.
    * Enter the integration account's email address and set the role to **Admin**.
    * Send the invite.

    <Note>
      The integration account needs the Admin role because only admins can invite new users, change roles, and delete users in Gorgias.
