# Help Scout

AccessOwl integrates with Help Scout to provision and deprovision user access in your Help Scout account.

## Capabilities

    AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

    AccessOwl deletes members from Help Scout during access revocations.

## Prerequisites

* **Administrator** access to your Help Scout account, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add Help Scout in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Administrator">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In Help Scout:

    * Go to **Manage > Users**.
    * Click **Add User**.
    * Enter the integration account's email address and name.
    * Set the **Role** to **Administrator**.
    * Click **Create User** to send the invite.
