# Mode

AccessOwl integrates with Mode to provision and deprovision user access in your Mode workspace.

## Capabilities

## Prerequisites

* **Admin** access to your Mode workspace, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add Mode in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Admin">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In Mode:

    * Click your name in the upper left corner of the Mode home page.
    * Select **Invite to Mode**.
    * Enter the integration account's email address.
    * Send the invite.

    Once the invite is accepted, go to **Workspace Settings**, open the **People** section, locate the integration account, and promote it to **Admin**.

      Admin access is required so the integration account can invite new members and disable membership for existing ones on behalf of AccessOwl.
