# Retool

AccessOwl integrates with Retool to provision and deprovision user access in your Retool organization.

## Capabilities

    AccessOwl disables users in Retool during access revocations.

## Prerequisites

* **Admin** access to your Retool organization, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add Retool in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Admin">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In Retool:

    * Click your avatar in the upper right and open **Settings**.
    * In the **User management** section, select **Users**.
    * Click **Invite**.
    * Enter the integration account's email address.
    * Assign the **Admin** role.
    * Send the invite.

    <Note>
      The integration account needs Admin because only Retool organization admins can invite new users and disable existing users. Without this role, the integration account cannot provision or deprovision users.
