# smallinvoice

AccessOwl integrates with smallinvoice to provision and deprovision user access in your smallinvoice account.

> [!WARNING]
>
> The smallinvoice integration requires a paid smallinvoice plan. The Free plan includes only 1 user and does not allow additional users, so you cannot add the integration account on it. You can still add smallinvoice to AccessOwl without the integration, and access requests go to the [Application Admin](https://docs.accessowl.com/guides/applications/admins-owners.md) to complete in smallinvoice.

## Capabilities

> **Provisioning**
>
> AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

> **Deprovisioning**
>
> AccessOwl removes users from your smallinvoice account during access revocations.

## Prerequisites

* A paid smallinvoice plan (Starter, Professional, or Business).
* Access to manage users in smallinvoice, so you can add the integration account.
* An available user for the integration account. Starter includes 1 user, Professional 3 and Business 5, and you can add more users for a monthly fee.

## Setup

**1. Add smallinvoice in AccessOwl**

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

**2. Add the integration account to smallinvoice**

AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address and the role it needs. In smallinvoice, the menu names below come from the German interface.

* In the **Home** module, go to **Benutzer** > **Alle Benutzer** and click **Neu**.
* Add the integration account's email address.
* Under **Rolle**, assign the role AccessOwl shows you.
