# ZoomInfo

AccessOwl integrates with ZoomInfo to provision and deprovision user access in your ZoomInfo account.

## Capabilities

## Prerequisites

* **Admin** access to your ZoomInfo account, so you can invite the integration account.

## Setup

  <Step title="Add ZoomInfo in AccessOwl">
    Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Invite the integration account as Admin">
    AccessOwl shows you the integration account's email address. In ZoomInfo:

    * Open the **Admin Portal** from the navigation menu.
    * Go to **User Management**.
    * Click **Add Users**.
    * Enter the integration account's email address and complete the required fields.
    * Set the role to **Admin**.
    * Send the invitation.

    <Note>
      The integration account needs Admin because only Admins can add users, manage credit limits, reset passwords, and deactivate users in ZoomInfo. Without Admin, the integration account cannot provision or deprovision users.
