AccessOwl allows you to specify the total cost of an application and the cost of individual user licenses. Simply enter these amounts in the application’s details section to ensure they are readily accessible. Additionally, when users request access, the cost per license will be displayed (this feature can be deactivated in your global settings).
Contractual Details and Renewals
Easily add essential contract details—such as billing intervals, start and renewal dates, and notice periods—to each application’s profile. This ensures your team has a clear overview of payment schedules and contract specifics.
The Renewal Calendar automatically aggregates renewal dates for all your applications in AccessOwl. It provides a month-by-month overview of upcoming renewals and sends timely alerts to business owners, ensuring no deadlines or renewal opportunities are missed. Configured notice periods are taken into consideration.
