You have been assigned the HR role in AccessOwl. This page explains what that means and what AccessOwl will ask of you.

What is an HR user?

The HR role is explicitly assigned by your Org Admin in the AccessOwl settings. You handle the people side of access management: starting onboardings for new joiners and offboardings for leavers, so everyone has the right accounts on day one and none left over after they leave.
Your company can also choose to connect an HRIS integration. If enabled, AccessOwl picks up new joiners and upcoming leavers automatically, and you mostly confirm rather than trigger.

What you have access to

You can view all users in your organization, trigger onboardings and offboardings, and receive the on/offboarding notifications. You can also manage Access Templates, which define the applications and permissions a new joiner receives. The exact permissions are listed in the AccessOwl Roles matrix.

Onboard Users

Offboard Users
