Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deactivates users in 15Five during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Account Admin access to your 15Five account, so you can add the integration account.
Setup
Add 15Five in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Add the integration account as Account Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In 15Five:
- Click the Settings gear in the top-right corner and select People.
- Click Add person and enter the integration account’s email address.
- In the Permissions section, assign the Account Admin role.
- Save and send the invitation.
The integration account needs the Account Admin role because only Account Admins can add and deactivate users and manage integrations in 15Five.
