AccessOwl integrates with Responsive to provision and deprovision user access in your Responsive organization.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates members from the Responsive organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

Admin access to your Responsive organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Responsive in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Responsive:

Select the bottom-left corner dropdown and open Organization Settings.
Select TEAM MEMBERS.
Click ADD MEMBERS.
Enter the integration account’s email address in the Enter one email per line field.
Set the role to Admin.
Click ADD MEMBERS.
