Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from your Hotjar organization during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Hotjar organization, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Hotjar in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Hotjar:
- Click your Profile Icon in the top right, then select Invite Members.
- Select your organization from the Organization dropdown.
- Enter the integration account’s email address and set the access level to Admin.
- Click Send Invites.
Adding team members in Hotjar incurs no additional cost regardless of their permission level.
