Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Fullstory account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Fullstory account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Fullstory in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Fullstory:
- Open Settings, then go to Account Management > Users.
- Click Invite Users.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Admin.
- Send the invite.
Admin is the only role in Fullstory that can invite teammates, change member roles, and remove members. It consumes a billable seat on your Fullstory account.
