Provisioning
AccessOwl adds users to your workspace with the specified roles during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes users from your Windmill workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Windmill workspace, so you can add the integration account.
Setup

Add Windmill in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Add the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Windmill:
- Open Workspace settings and go to the Users & Invites tab.
- Add the integration account with its email address and a username.
- Set the role to Admin.
Windmill has three workspace roles, Operator, Developer, and Admin. The integration account needs the Admin role because only Admins can manage users within the workspace.
