Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Sanity project during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Administrator access to your Sanity project, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Sanity in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Administrator
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Sanity:
- Go to your project in Sanity Manage.
- Open the Members tab.
- Invite the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Administrator.
- Send the invite.
The Administrator role is required because it is the only built-in role that can invite members, update member roles, and remove members from the project.
