AccessOwl integrates with Honeycomb to provision and deprovision user access in your Honeycomb team.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Honeycomb team during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Owner access to your Honeycomb team, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Honeycomb in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Owner

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Honeycomb:
  • Navigate to Account > Team settings.
  • Select the Users tab.
  • Click Invite user.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Click Invite.
  • Once the integration account has accepted the invite, locate it in the users table and set the Role column to Owner.
