Capabilities
Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the ElevenLabs workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your ElevenLabs workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
- A paid ElevenLabs workspace. The integration account cannot join a workspace on the Free plan, see the FAQ below.
Setup
1
Add ElevenLabs in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
2
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In ElevenLabs:
- Open your workspace settings and go to the Members tab.
- Invite a new member and enter the integration account’s email address.
- Assign the Admin role and send the invite.
The integration account needs the Admin role because only admins can add and remove workspace members in ElevenLabs. Admins always occupy a Full Seat in your workspace.
FAQ
Why does ElevenLabs need to be on a paid plan?
Why does ElevenLabs need to be on a paid plan?
Every ElevenLabs account comes with its own workspace, and the integration account is no exception. ElevenLabs allows a user to have only one free workspace at a time, so if your workspace is on the Free plan, the integration account cannot join it.There is no limit on the number of paid workspaces a user can belong to. Once your workspace is on a paid plan, the integration account can accept the invite while keeping its own workspace.
This is an ElevenLabs platform rule, not an AccessOwl restriction. See ElevenLabs’ workspace documentation for details.
