AccessOwl integrates with Air to provision and deprovision user access in your Air workspace.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates members from the Air workspace during access revocations.

Prerequisites

Admin access to your Air workspace, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Air in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Air:

Open your Air workspace’s User Management page in Workspace Settings.
Click Add users.
Enter the integration account’s email address.
Set the role to Admin.
Click Invite.
