AccessOwl integrates with Shaped to provision and deprovision user access in your Shaped organization.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Shaped organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

Admin access to your Shaped organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Shaped in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Shaped:

Open your Shaped organization’s Settings page.
Navigate to the Members section.
Click Invite Member.
Enter the integration account’s email address.
Set the role to Admin.

Send the invite.
