Provisioning
AccessOwl invites users to your team with the specified roles during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from your Tactiq team during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Team Admin access to your Tactiq team, so you can invite the integration account and promote it.
Setup

Add Tactiq in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account to your team
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In the Tactiq dashboard:
- Click Invite teammates in the upper left corner, or open the Team page and click Invite members.
- Enter the integration account’s email address and click Send Invite.

Promote the integration account to Team Admin
Once the integration account has joined the team:
- Open Account & Settings and go to Team.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the integration account.
- Select Promote to Team Admin.
The integration account needs the Team Admin role because only Team Admins can remove team members and assign or revoke roles in Tactiq.

What happens to a removed member's transcripts?
When a member is removed from a Tactiq team, the transcripts they shared with the team are unshared as well. Export anything you still need before the access revocation completes.
