Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Supademo workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Supademo workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Supademo in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Billing Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Supademo:
- Open your workspace Settings and go to the Members page.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Billing Admin.
- Send the invite.
The integration account is invited as Billing Admin so it doesn’t consume a paid Supademo seat. Billing Admins are free seats that do not count toward your subscription limit, and they can invite members, change roles, and remove members from the workspace.
