Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from Notabene during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Group Admin access to your Notabene workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Notabene in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Group Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Notabene:
- Open your workspace settings and navigate to the Teams section.
- Click the button to invite a new member.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Group Admin.
- Send the invite.
The integration account needs Group Admin because it is the only role with full user administration rights across all entities in your Notabene workspace. Lower roles such as Entity Admin can manage members but cannot manage other admins.
