AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Segment workspace during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Workspace Owner access to your Segment workspace, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Segment in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Workspace Owner

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Segment:
  • Open Workspace settings and navigate to Access management.
  • Click Invite Team Member.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Workspace Owner.
  • Send the invite.
