Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from your Frame.io account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Content Admin access to your Frame.io account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Frame.io in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Content Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Frame.io:
- Open your Workspace and click the purple People icon in the top right corner.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Send the invite.
- Once invited, go to Settings and open the Users tab.
- Select the integration account and set its role to Content Admin from the role dropdown.
The integration account needs the Content Admin role so it can invite users, change member roles, and remove users across your Frame.io account. Content Admin is the least-privileged role in Frame.io that grants these management capabilities. Frame.io does not offer a non-billable admin role, so the integration account will consume a paid seat.
