AccessOwl integrates with TeamRetro to provision and deprovision user access in your TeamRetro account.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the TeamRetro account during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Administrator access to your TeamRetro account, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add TeamRetro in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Administrator

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In TeamRetro:
  • Open the Members section of your TeamRetro admin settings, invite a new member, and enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Administrator.
  • Send the invite.
The integration account needs the Administrator role because only Administrators can add users, manage roles, and remove members at the account level.

FAQ

When AccessOwl provisions a user, the integration account sends them an invite email. The user only appears in your TeamRetro team list after they accept that invite. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible in TeamRetro, they have not accepted the invite yet.
