Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deactivates members in your Productboard workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Maker with admin access in your Productboard workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Productboard in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Maker with admin access
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Productboard:
- Click the Workspace menu in the top-left corner.
- Click Invite members.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Maker with admin access.
- Click Invite.
The integration account requires the Maker with admin access role to invite and deactivate members and manage roles on behalf of AccessOwl. Makers are a billable seat type in Productboard, so the integration account will consume one maker seat.
