Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Close organization during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Close organization, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Close in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Close:
- Go to Settings and select Team Management.
- Invite the integration account using its email address.
- Set the role to Admin.
- Send the invite.
The Admin role is the only role in Close that can invite members, change roles, and remove users. Close does not offer a non-billable admin role, so the integration account will consume a paid seat.
