AccessOwl integrates with ZoomInfo to provision and deprovision user access in your ZoomInfo account.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates users in ZoomInfo during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your ZoomInfo account, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add ZoomInfo in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In ZoomInfo:
  • Open the Admin Portal from the navigation menu.
  • Go to User Management.
  • Click Add Users.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address and complete the required fields.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Send the invitation.
The integration account needs Admin because only Admins can add users, manage credit limits, reset passwords, and deactivate users in ZoomInfo. Without Admin, the integration account cannot provision or deprovision users.
