AccessOwl integrates with JetBrains to deprovision user access in your JetBrains organization.
This integration currently supports deprovisioning only. Provisioning is not automated, new licenses must be assigned manually in JetBrains Account.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl revokes licenses from users in your JetBrains organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Org Admin access to your JetBrains organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add JetBrains in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Org Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In JetBrains Account:
  • Go to account.jetbrains.com and log in.
  • In the left menu, click your organization’s name.
  • Click Administration.
  • Click Invite Administrator in the upper-right corner.
  • Review the permissions listed, check the agreement box, then copy the invitation link.
  • Send the invitation link to the integration account’s email address.
The integration account must accept the invitation by clicking the link and logging in. Once accepted, it will have Org Admin access to your organization.
