Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deletes members from the DeepL team during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Team admin access to your DeepL team, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add DeepL in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Team admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In DeepL:
- Open the Users tab in your DeepL team account.
- Click Add users.
- Enter the integration account’s email address and send the invite.
- Once the integration account appears in the Users tab, click the three-dot menu next to it and select the option to make it a Team admin.
- Do not assign the integration account to any group.
Keeping the integration account out of all groups means it is not assigned a license and does not consume a paid DeepL seat. Team admins without a group assignment retain full member management permissions, including adding and removing users.
