AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deletes members from the Sana AI organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Administrator access to your Sana AI organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Sana AI in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Administrator

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Sana AI:
  • Go to Manage > Users.
  • Click Invite users.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Send the invite.
The integration account needs the Administrator role because it is the only role with full user management rights, including inviting new users and removing existing ones.
