AccessOwl integrates with Reddit Ads to provision and deprovision user access in your Reddit Ads Business Manager.

Capabilities

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Reddit Ads Business Manager during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Business Admin access to your Reddit Ads Business Manager, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

1

Add Reddit Ads in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
2

Invite the integration account as Business Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Reddit Ads:
  • Go to Business > Users in the Ads Manager navigation menu.
  • Click Invite new members.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the business role to Business Admin.
  • Select the ad accounts and confirm the invite.
The integration account needs the Business Admin role because only Business Admins can add and remove other members and manage all business assets. The Member role cannot perform these actions. The integration account must have a Reddit account to accept the invite.

FAQ

When AccessOwl provisions a user, an invite email is sent to them. The user appears as pending in the Business Manager’s Invitations section until they accept. They are not listed as an active member until they accept the invite. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible in your Members list, they have not accepted the invite yet.
