Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Expensify workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Workspace Admin access to your Expensify workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Expensify in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Expensify:
- Go to Workspaces, select your workspace, then open Members.
- Click Invite Member.
- Search for the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Admin.
- Click Invite.
The integration account needs the Admin role so it can invite and remove members on behalf of AccessOwl. Admins can manage members, roles, workflows, and workspace settings.
