Capabilities
Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Coda workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Doc Maker (Workspace admin) access to your Coda workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Coda in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Doc Maker (Workspace admin)
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Coda:
- Click the three-dot menu next to your workspace name in the left sidebar and select Members & Groups.
- Click Invite in the upper-right corner.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Doc Maker (Workspace admin).
- Click Invite.
Doc Maker (Workspace admin) is a billable Doc Maker seat in Coda. Coda does not offer a non-billable admin role, so the integration account will consume a paid seat.
