Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Mixmax workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin profile access to your Mixmax workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Mixmax in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Mixmax:
- Open the Members tab in your workspace’s Admin Settings.
- Click Add Members.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the profile to Admin.
- Send the invite.
The integration account requires the Admin profile so it can invite members, change profiles and roles, and remove members from the workspace. Adding the integration account consumes a paid Mixmax seat.
