Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from your Logitech Sync organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Owner access to your Logitech Sync organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Logitech Sync in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Owner

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Logitech Sync:
  • Open your Sync Portal and go to System, then Users.
  • Click Add a User.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Owner.
  • Click Send invitation.
The integration account will receive an invitation email to complete activation.
