AccessOwl deactivates users in Apollo during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Apollo organization, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Apollo in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

The user was provisioned but I can't see them in Apollo
When AccessOwl provisions a user, Apollo sends them an invite email. The new user only appears under your current users after they accept the invite and set up their account. If the provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible in Apollo, they have not accepted the invite yet.

Each new user in Apollo requires an available seat. If your plan has no remaining seats, the provisioning request results in a reassignment error and reassigns to the Application Admin. Purchase additional seats in Apollo before retrying the request.
