AccessOwl integrates with Keeper Secrets Manager to provision and deprovision user access in your Keeper organization.

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl locks members in the Keeper organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

Keeper Administrator access to your Keeper organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Keeper Secrets Manager in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Keeper Administrator

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In the Keeper Admin Console:

Go to the Users tab.
Click + Add Users.
Enter the integration account’s name and email address.
Click Add.
Once the account appears in the Users list, select it and assign the Keeper Administrator role.
