Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deletes users from Survicate during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Survicate organization, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Survicate in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Survicate:
- Open the team invite flow (look for an Invite Teammates option in the navigation).
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Admin.
- Send the invitation.
The integration account needs Admin so it can invite teammates and manage permissions across your Survicate organization. Lower roles cannot invite teammates, so they are not sufficient for provisioning.

The user was provisioned but I can't see them in Survicate
When AccessOwl provisions a user, Survicate sends them an invitation email. The user does not appear as an active member until they accept the invite. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible, they have not accepted the invitation yet.
