Apron - AccessOwl

AccessOwl integrates with Apron to provision and deprovision user access in your Apron company.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Apron company during access revocations.

Prerequisites

Admin access to your Apron company, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Apron in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Apron:

Go to Settings, then Company Settings, then Members.
Click +Add member in the top-right corner.
Enter the integration account’s email address.
Set the role to Admin.
Click Add member.
