Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Grammarly team during access revocations.
Due to Grammarly restrictions, provisioning is only available in combination with the Grammarly Enterprise plan.
Prerequisites
- A Grammarly Enterprise plan, which is required for provisioning.
- Admin access to your Grammarly subscription, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup

Add Grammarly in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Grammarly:
- Open the Members page in your Grammarly admin panel.
- Click Invite members in the upper-right corner.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Click Invite members to send the invitation.
The integration account must be an Admin, as only Admins can invite and remove members. Admins occupy a paid seat in your Grammarly subscription. A seat is consumed when the invitation is sent, not when it is accepted.
