Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deletes members from the Workable account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Super Admin access to your Workable account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Workable in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Super Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Workable:
- Click your user icon at the top right and go to Settings.
- Open Account Members.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the access level to Super Admin.
- Click Invite member to send the invite.
The integration account must be Super Admin because Admin access excludes company and integration settings in Workable. Super Admin is required for AccessOwl to connect via Workable’s integration settings.
