Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes users from CallRail during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Administrator access to your CallRail account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add CallRail in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Administrator
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In CallRail, open your account’s user management settings, invite the integration account by email, and set the role to Administrator.
The integration account needs Administrator access because only Administrators can add and remove users in CallRail.

The user was provisioned but I can't see them in CallRail
When AccessOwl provisions a user, CallRail sends them an invitation email. The user only appears as active after they accept that invite. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible under active users in CallRail, they have not accepted the invite yet.
