AccessOwl integrates with Clockwise to provision and deprovision user access in your Clockwise organization.
Clockwise was acquired by Salesforce and shut down on March 27, 2026. The product is no longer available, and provisioning or revocation requests for Clockwise will result in a reassignment error. If you no longer use Clockwise, we recommend disabling the Clockwise integration in AccessOwl.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes users from Clockwise during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Clockwise organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Clockwise in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Clockwise:
  • Open the Organization panel and go to the Members section.
  • Click Invite.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address and send the invite.
  • Once the integration account has joined, grant it Admin access from the Members tab.
The integration account needs Admin because only Admins can invite and remove users in Clockwise. Without Admin, the integration account cannot provision or deprovision users.
