AccessOwl deletes users in Postmark during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Postmark account, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Postmark in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Postmark:
  • Open Account in the top navigation and click the Users tab.
  • Click Invite user.
  • Enter the integration account’s name and email address.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Click Send Invites.
The integration account needs Admin because Admins can add and remove users in Postmark. The Technical and Billing roles cannot manage users. Postmark pricing is based on email volume, not seats, so the integration account does not add to your bill.

FAQ

Invited users receive an email invitation and must complete setup, choosing a username and password, before gaining access. The invite stays pending until they do.
