AccessOwl integrates with Pitch to provision and deprovision user access in your Pitch workspace.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Pitch workspace during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Pitch workspace, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Pitch in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Pitch:
  • Open the menu next to your workspace name and select Members.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address in the invite field.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Click Invite member.
The Admin role is required because only Admins (and Owners) can add and remove workspace members and change member roles in Pitch. Note that Admins count as billable editors on paid Pitch plans.
